Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is also known collectively as The Board, or individually as “Directors”.

What does the Board do?

The Board governs and manages the affairs of the Association. Those affairs are delineated in section 4.5 of the Bylaws and include maintenance and protection of the common areas and collection of the assessment dues from the owners on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

the Board is composed of three (3) persons who each own at least one (1) Condominium Unit. The directors are elected by the members of the Association at the annual meeting.

Term Limits

Each director serves for a term of one (1) year. A director may serve any number of consecutive terms.

During the 2023 Annual Meeting, the Members elected the first triad of Directors: (L to R) Kathy Reynolds, Joanne Cole, and John Zeiner.

Kathy was subsequently elected as President of the Board by her supporting Directors, John was elected Treasurer, and Joanne was elected as Secretary.
